1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PasteAndTaste (the "Service"), available at pasteandtaste.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parodist AI L.L.C-FZ ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Service Description

PasteAndTaste is an AI-powered web application that extracts structured recipe data from cooking videos. Users submit video URLs, and our AI analyzes the video content to produce organized recipes including ingredients, directions, nutritional estimates, cooking times, equipment lists, and tips. The Service also provides features such as serving size adjustment, unit conversion, recipe translation, and export in multiple formats.

3. Supported Platforms

The Service currently supports recipe extraction from videos hosted on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. We may add or remove supported platforms at any time without prior notice. Video support is limited to videos up to 5 minutes in length.

4. Usage Limitations

Recipe extraction is available to all registered users. Free users can extract recipes and view a preview of the results. Full recipe details — including all ingredients, directions, nutrition, equipment, tips, and features such as editing, exporting, sharing, and unit conversion — require an active Premium subscription. We reserve the right to impose rate limits or usage restrictions to maintain service quality.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password or through Google Authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium features are available through a subscription billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.50/year). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the extraction feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The PasteAndTaste service, including its design, code, algorithms, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of Parodist AI L.L.C-FZ and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Recipe Rights

Recipes extracted through the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The original video content and recipes belong to their respective creators. PasteAndTaste does not claim ownership of any recipe content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted recipes complies with applicable laws and respects the rights of content creators.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Extract content for commercial redistribution without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service in excess of normal usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Submit URLs to non-cooking or inappropriate video content

10. Third-Party Content

The Service processes videos hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest). We are not responsible for the content of these videos or the availability of these platforms. Our Service accesses publicly available video content for the purpose of recipe extraction. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • Recipe extractions will be 100% accurate or complete
  • Nutritional estimates will be precise or suitable for medical dietary requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • All video URLs will be successfully processed

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parodist AI L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
